The company made some mistakes in the past and have since put measures in place to prevent that moving forward, however their communication around this wasn't quite what it needed to be. We worked with them to change the image of their business to reflect their new earnest approach to communication and strong foundations.

This project comprised of a robust pitch, looking into the history of the company, where things may have gone wrong and developing solutions for those issues. The key here was to create a whole new design system that allowed the company to show that they have listened, they're willing to make changes and display that they value each of their core audiences equally. When working on the visual identity of Lendstack, I didn't want to throw out all of the brand equity they had, so some things continued through to the new name, continuing to use green as a core colour in their palette brings along that core of what the business used to be, while adding additional elements that show the evolution of who they have truly become.

It would have been very easy to add a new coat of paint and call it a day, but would that truly achieve the goals of the business? Likely not. Their tone of voice, messaging and simplifying what they do was crucial in this project. We created a whole new message and ethos for them, building upon
